CAREER PIPELINE PROGRAMMING

The worlds of theatre and film are full of amazing career opportunities.  However, while these opportunities require extensive training and knowledge, they are often hidden from Black and Brown students.

Here at GhostLight and OTF, we work to increase access for these youth by providing a pathway from High School to Collegiate Programs, and from College to Professional Producing Institutions.
