Billicia Hines

Director "Color Blind" OTF'23

Billicia is the Assistant Chair and Co-Artistic Director of the Black Theatre and Dance Collective in the Theatre and Dance Department at Wayne State University. She has been directing for over 25 years. She is excited to be directing for Obsidian.
